About Corey

I live on an island in the middle of the Salish sea with my wife and three daughters where I see clients for Structural Integration, SourcePoint Therapy, and for Meditation Coaching.  I also see clients in Seattle and do Meditation Coaching via Skype. Somehow, after spending my twenties falling love with internal energetic embodiment work in a Zen Monastery in Japan, I have some unique insights to help guide others in this process.  Please check out my website for more information:

Here is a podcast interview with my brother: Topics include reasons for going to a Zen Monastery, How Bob Dylan relates to Zen, finding our own practice, how Zen makes us into artists. It was a great time hangin with my big bro.

Listen Here! Thanks!

Also, here is an interview with Greg Soden on the Classical Ideas Podcast: https://classicalideaspodcast.libsyn.com/ep-80-a-rinzai-zen-life-in-japan-w-corey-ichigen-hess

I am available for workshops.

Thanks and Enjoy!
