The other night my partner and I were watching an episode of the Crown. It was an episode about Churchill’s portrait by the well knows artist, Graham Sutherland. There are some great scenes where Winston Churchill, such a giant of intellect and power, is in some ways clueless to his relationship to reality and his emotions. Sutherland, the Engineer turned painter, obviously used his painting as an almost shamanic dialogue with emotions and life and relating. A way to put his finger on the pulse of life.

That’s just what I am trying to share in the Energy Collective group. I am trying to help our practitioners find a way to dialogue, a way to interact with reality. To touch it and have it talk back, so to speak. I am currently using these postures and movements to do this. We’re artists creatively walking through a forest at night beginning to sense into and find our way.
